A lot of Boston looks like this - no straight lines, or 90 degree intersections.

Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market are a big shopping district now. Yes, we weren't the only
ones to come here after the game.

Boston has an Italian district - I didn't know that. Did have a very good dinner of
veal parm there though.

Oddly enough the Old North Church and Paul Revere statue are right in the middle of it.

As it got on toward evening we wandered down to what I guess is part of the Charles River.
Note the 3 masted ship docked there. Too bad its too dark to see it.

National anthem. I thought it was unusual that they only flew the US flag and sang the
US national anthem - the other games I've been to elsewhere also do O Canada.

Opening faceoff. Union is in red and white, and Harvard in white and red. Er.

Things weren't too bad initially, but then started to get rough. Note the ref lying
on top of a player. It took a while to break up too. It looks like Harvard would do
something (push someone without reason, hit after the whistle, etc.) and Union would
respond.

Here's the real big one. This resulted in four 10 minute game misconducts (two each for
Union and Harvard) and a few other penalties. Took a while to break up too.

That wasn't the end of it. Here is another fight. More penalties, including another
game misconduct for Union.

Near the end of the game the penalty box was literally filled - note four Union players
and three Harvard players. A few players had been ejected as the 10 minute misconducts
occurred with less than 10 minutes left in the game, and teammates served their time. According to
www.collegehockeystats.com, 23 of the game's 33 penalties were in the third period.

Final score 7-4 Harvard. Harvard was faster and did play a better game, but they are just
goons and just couldn't stop doing things that were illegal.
